What Pilates Means To Me
Pilates has been a part of my life since I was fourteen, it centres me and makes me feel taller, stronger and more connected to my body. After a session I breathe deeper and my body moves freely. This is what I hope to bring to my clients, to teach them the skills to be able to move without restriction, without limitation, without compromise!
PILATES MAT CLASSES
Pilates mat classes will build strength in your body, re-align your posture and connect you to your breath. As well as teaching Joseph Pilates original 34 mat exercises there are numerous modifications and small props that can add variety and challenge.
Zoe has been teaching Pilates in Sevenoaks since 2006 and is a fully trained studio teacher and pre/postnatal instructor. Zoe is also a qualified health coach and is currently training to become a naturopathic nutritional therapist.
